Facility Management
The Property Management Department offers the following services included in the yearly maintenance tax:
* Daily management of the resort;
* 24/7 security, camera surveillance, controlled access to the complex, entrance of the block and the property
* Electricity and water in the common areas of the resort
* Cleaning of the common areas, streets, entrances, lifts and staircases
* Landscape gardening and pesticide control of common areas, gardens and green spaces
* Organisation, guidance, execution and control of all necessary adjustments and repairs connected with the common areas in the resort
* Rubbish disposal and snow cleaning
* And many more services
