• All bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellations or changes made after this period, or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full booking amount as a penalty.
• In case of early departure or no-show, the unused portion of the stay is non-refundable.

• A child from 0 to 6.99 years stays free of charge.
• A child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with two adults, pays 35% of the adult price.
• A child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on a regular bed with one adult, is charged as adult price (1+1 = 2+0).
• A second child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with one adult and one child from 7 to 13.99 years, pays 35% of the adult price (1+2 = 2+1).
• A second child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with two adults and one child (2+2), stays free of charge according to the maximum capacity of the unit (Studio, SPA Studio, or One-Bedroom Apartment).
• A child over 14 years or a third adult on an extra bed with two adults pays 70% of the adult price, according to the maximum capacity of the unit.

Pirin Golf & Country Club Apartment Complex **** welcomes guests traveling with pets and strives to provide a comfortable and safe stay for both pets and other guests.

Accommodation Fees

• 8 euro per day – for pets up to 15 kg.
• 15 euro per day – for pets over 15 kg.

Rules During Stay

• Pets are not allowed in indoor dining areas, but are permitted on outdoor terraces.
• Pets are not allowed in the SPA center.
• Pets must be leashed or in a travel crate in all public areas.
• If the pet remains alone in the room/apartment, please inform the Front Desk or Housekeeping in advance.

Walking & Hygiene

• Pets must be walked on a leash at all times.
• Owners are required to clean up after their pets.

Additional Conditions

• Reptiles, birds, and rodents are not allowed.

In case of any violations affecting order, safety, or peace in the complex, the management reserves the right to impose a fine.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 12:00 PM.
• Registration and key/card collection is done at the Front Desk of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Free late check-out until 6:00 PM is possible with a SPA reservation, participation in a golf tournament, or a reserved tee time.
• The apartment complex consists of separate buildings within walking distance from the main Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****. This setup offers more privacy and independence.
• Units do not have direct indoor access to the main restaurant and SPA, except for the SPA Studio, which has direct access.

Smoking

• Smoking inside the units is strictly prohibited.
• A fine of BGN 200 applies in case of violation.

Security Deposit

• A security deposit of BGN 100 is required upon check-in.
• The deposit is held via credit/debit card authorization.
• The authorization is released after check-out, following a room inspection and settlement of all charges.

Accessibility & Security

• The complex is gated with 24/7 security and video surveillance.
• Pirin Golf & Country Club Apartment Complex **** is not liable for incidents caused by guests or owners.
• A complimentary central safe is available at the reception for valuables.
• Guests may be asked to present ID for verification.
• Entry and exit are controlled via magnetic cards/passes.
• Parking is free for guests staying in units managed by Bulgaria Holidays EOOD.
• Please inform us in advance if you’re arriving with a specialized vehicle or require specific parking arrangements.

Room Types & Capacity

Maximum capacity includes children up to 13.99 years old.

• SPA Studio / SPA Apartment – 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
• Studio – 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
• One-Bedroom Apartment – 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
• Two-Bedroom Apartment – 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children.
• Three-Bedroom Apartment – 7 adults or 6 adults + 2 children.

Extra bed charges are applied according to the “Child Policy” stated in the offer.

Tourist Tax

All guests owe a tourist tax of BGN 2.00 per person per night, charged separately.

Force Majeure

Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is not liable and does not offer compensation in case of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, terrorist acts, etc.

Personal Data Processing

Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is a data controller and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Damage Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit or common areas.
• In case of damage, costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy, including deadlines and any applicable fees, as outlined in the specific offer.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are required to respect the property rules and not disturb the peace of the complex.
• The management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of serious violations.
