The above additional services are provided upon prior request, with a specific offer and price quote for each.

• • All reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 7 days before arrival (for July–August).
  • In case of cancellation or changes after this period, or in the event of a no-show, the reservation amount is retained as a penalty by the hotel.
  • For early departures or no-shows, the value of the unused portion of the reservation will not be refunded by the hotel.

• Child Policy
  • Children from 0 to 6.99 years old stay free of charge.
  • One child from 7 to 13.99 years old on an extra bed with two adults is charged 35% of the adult rate.
  • A second child from 7 to 13.99 years old on an extra bed stays free of charge.
  *Golf is not included for children

Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** welcomes guests traveling with pets and strives to ensure a comfortable and safe stay both for them and for other guests of the complex.

Pet Accommodation Fees

• 15 BGN per day for pets up to 15 kg
• 30 BGN per day for pets over 15 kg

Rules During Stay

• Pets are not allowed inside dining areas; only on outdoor terraces
• Pets are not allowed in the SPA center
• Pets must be on a leash or in a transport cage in public areas of the complex
• If the pet remains alone in the room/apartment, please inform Reception or Housekeeping in advance

Walks and Hygiene

• Pets must be walked on a leash
• Owners must clean up after their pets

Additional Conditions

• Reptiles, birds, and rodents are not allowed
• In case of violations of order, safety, or peace, management reserves the right to impose a fine

Accommodation at Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Houses****

Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
• Check-in and key/card collection are at the Reception of Pirin Golf Hotel & Spa*****.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM is free of charge if the guest has a spa reservation, is participating in a golf tournament, or has a reserved tee time.
• Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Houses**** are standalone luxury houses within walking distance from the main Pirin Golf Hotel & Spa*****. They offer more privacy and independence.

Smoking
• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
• A fine of BGN 200 is imposed for violations.

Security Deposit
• A BGN 100 deposit is required at check-in.
• The deposit is held via credit/debit card authorization.
• The authorization is released upon check-out, following room inspection and settlement of all charges.

Security and Access
• The complex is gated with 24/7 security and video surveillance.
• Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Houses**** are not liable for incidents caused by guests or owners.
• A communal safe is available free of charge at Reception for valuables and cash.
• ID verification may be required.
• Entry and exit are managed via magnetic cards/passes.
• Parking is free for guests staying in properties managed by Bulgaria Holidays EOOD.
• Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a specialized vehicle or require special parking conditions.

• Credit/Debit Card:
  Upon request, an authorization form will be sent by email. The client must complete, sign, and return the form. Written confirmation will follow once the transaction is successful.

Room Types and Capacity
• Room types and maximum capacity at Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Houses****:

• Malina House – three bedrooms and a living room – six adults and two children up to 13.99 y.o.
• Mountain House – three bedrooms and a living room – six adults and three children up to 13.99 y.o.
  • Surcharges for extra beds are calculated based on the “Child Policy” in the offer.

Tourist Tax
• All guests are subject to a tourist tax of BGN 2.00 per person per day, charged separately.

Force Majeure
• Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is not liable and does not compensate in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, accidents, government bans, terrorist acts, etc.

Personal Data Processing
• Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is a personal data controller and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Liability for Damages
• Guests are responsible for damages caused to the property or common areas.
• Repair costs are deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• The client is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the cancellation terms, including deadlines and possible fees (specified in each offer).

Guest Conduct
• Guests are expected to observe the rules and not disturb the peace of the complex.
• Management reserves the right to terminate a stay in case of violations without refund.
