Due to our long experience we believe that when buying a property few simple rules shall be followed for achieving a clear, smooth and planned process. Get to know us, and we’re sure you’ll feel confident in our ability to support you through the purchase process of a property in the resort.
Choosing a property Discover our portfolio with properties for sale. If in doubt, take advantage of the Inspection package and explore the resort yourself. Our real estate agent will be at your disposal throughout the whole stay and you will have the option to arrange a personal meeting with our team of lawyers, architects and designers. Our team will guide you in process of choosing and designing your dream home.
Property reservation You have now made a choice for your second home. Do not miss the chance to live in the award-winning resort and reserve the chosen property with a tax of € 3 000 for an apartment and € 5 000 for a chalet. The property reservation is valid for a period of 30 days. The reservation tax is deducted from the total price of the property upon finalizing the purchase.
Contracts Our legal team will prepare the necessary contracts: preliminary contract, maintenance and management, furnishing and/or finishing works, rules and regulations and if interested a rental contract. In case you prefer to purchase the property through a company, our team will be at your disposal to ensure its establishment and accountancy.
Funding The offered properties can be purchased directly from Pirin Golf & Country Club or through a resale. In case of a direct purchase the property can be paid in installments depending on the construction period and more. If it is a resale, the chosen property must be fully prepaid before it is handed over to the new owner.
Notary deed The direct sale properties are transferred depending on the payment scheme. In the case of a resale the notary deed happens after a 100% payment for the property. For your convenience we have calculated the tax for the notary deed which will be around 4.5% of the property price. Our lawyer will be at your disposal and will assist you during notary deed.
Handing over the property Your dream home is now fully-furnished and ready for you to move in. Congratulations! Pirin Golf & Country Club offers a full rental management service to all residents who choose to increase occupancy levels for their property.
Insurance All the properties in Pirin Golf & Country Club are insured to guarantee your peace of mind that of tenants and neighbors. The sum is calculated yearly and is from € 1 per sq.m. Our team takes the responsibility relating the insurance and reporting of damages. Your home is safe in our hands.
Taxes The property owners have to pay local taxes every year. We offer consultation services and can manage these expenses on your behalf. The additional taxes for the management and maintenance of the resort are also paid yearly (€ 17 per sq.m) and internet, television and phone tax (€ 221 per property).
