1.What time are check-in and check-out: Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00.
2.Is early check-in or late check-out available: Yes, early check-in is offered only upon availability. For late check-out the following fees apply:
– Late check-out until 14:00 – 26 euro / 50.85 BGN incl. VAT;
– Late check-out until 17:00 – 41 euro / 80.19 BGN incl. VAT;
– Late check-out after 17:00 – a fee equal to one night stay according to the Reception price list for the respective unit will be charged.
3.Where is the registration done: At the reception of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA.
4.Is a deposit required: Yes, 50 euro / 97.79 BGN deposit upon check-in, blocked on card and released after departure.
5.Is smoking allowed: No. Smoking is prohibited in all premises. Fine – 100 euro / 195.58 BGN.
6.How can a reservation be made: By email, phone, or with payment by bank transfer or card.
7.What happens in case of damages: The guest is responsible. The costs are deducted from the deposit or invoiced.
8.What is the cancellation policy: The conditions are described in the specific offer.
9.Can the stay be terminated: Yes, in case of violation of the rules, without refund.
10.Is there security: Yes, the complex is gated with 24-hour security and video surveillance.

Fees, parking and pets
13.Is parking free: Yes, for guests accommodated in properties managed by Bulgaria Holidays.
14.Is there a resort tax: Yes, it is charged per person per day and paid separately:

15.Are pets allowed: Allowed with an additional fee at reception:
up to 15 kg – 8 euro / 15.64 BGN per day;
up to 30 kg – 15 euro / 29.34 BGN per day.
Reptiles, spiders, and rodents are not allowed.
Children and family accommodation
16.What is the children policy:
Child from 0–6.99 years – accommodated free of charge
Child from 7–13.99 years accommodated on extra bed with two adults pays 35% of the adult price
Child from 7–13.99 years accommodated on regular bed with one adult pays the adult price
Second child from 7–13.99 years on extra bed is accommodated free of charge according to the maximum capacity of the units
Two adults with 2 children can be accommodated in the following units: family room, deluxe apartment, studio, spa studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment
Child over 14 years or 3rd adult on extra bed pays 70% of the adult price and is possible in studio, spa studio and one-bedroom apartment
SPA, restaurants and dining
17.Does the price include SPA access: Yes, the price for Bulgaria Holidays guests includes: the thermal zone, 1 indoor and 6 outdoor pools (three year-round heated outdoor pools), mountain sauna, infrared sauna, Kneipp hydrotherapy bench, hot stone, ice fountain, heated bench, laconium, aromatic steam bath, experience showers.
18.How many restaurants does the complex have: The complex has 7 restaurants and offers a dine-around concept, which allows all guests with half board or all inclusive to enjoy set menus free of charge in the à la carte restaurants or receive a discount of 15 euro for an adult and 8 euro for a child (7–13.99 years) when ordering from the full restaurant menu.
19.Are drinks included in the all inclusive: Yes, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (imported and Bulgarian alcohol) are included.
Ski and winter services
20.Is transport offered during the winter season to Bansko: Yes, during the winter period Bulgaria Holidays guests are offered a free shuttle to the ski gondola in Bansko.
21.Is ski equipment offered in the complex: Yes, ski equipment is offered free of charge according to availability.
Golf and summer activities
22.Is a golf lesson offered during the warm part of the year: Yes, every Wednesday and Saturday at 17:00 a free golf lesson is offered.
23.What do the golf packages “Unlimited Golf” include: They include transfer from/to Sofia Airport, accommodation, unlimited golf, dining and SPA access.
24.What is offered for non-golfers: Clients who have purchased the “Unlimited Golf” package receive a specific SPA package depending on the length of the stay instead of golf.
25.Is a shuttle offered from the hotel to the Clubhouse: Yes, all Bulgaria Holidays guests are offered a free shuttle.
Location
26.How far is the complex from Sofia and Bansko: It is located about 10 minutes from Bansko and 1.5–2 hours by car from Sofia.
27.Where exactly is the complex located: In close proximity to the town of Razlog, at the foot of the Pirin Mountain.
The conditions are valid for guests accommodated through “Bulgaria Holidays”, the owner of the complex. The conditions do not apply to guests accommodated in private properties.
