Check-in time is after 15:00.
Check-out time is until 12:00.
Registration and receipt of key / cards for access to the room is at Reception of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA.
Early check-in is possible upon availability and with notice in advance with Reservation department and additional payment of 20 BGN / hour for each hour before 12:00.
Late check-out is possible upon availability and with notice in advance at the Reservations / Reception department and additional payment of 20 BGN / hour for every hour after 12:00.
Late check-out until 6:00 pm is free of charge for guests with a reservation for the SPA center, participation in a golf tournament or a reserved tee time – notice in advance is required.
Deposit upon check-in:
A refundable deposit of 100 BGN, is required upon check-in.
The deposit is settled with the authorization of the amount of credit / debit card provided by the client at the Reception of Pirin Golf Hotel § SPA.
The authorization is canceled on the day of departure after the key card has been handed over, payment of bills and check of the room.
Pets:
Pets are welcome with a notice in advance.
There is a fee of 15 BGN per day for pets up to 15kg and 30 BGN per day for pets over 16kg.
When guest accommodate with their pets, they declare familiarity with the internal rules of the complex related to accommodation of pets.
Accessibility and Security:
Pirin Golf & Country Club is a closed resort with a 24-hour live security and video surveillance.
Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is not responsible for incidents and accidents that occurred on the territory of the complex through the fault of guests and / or property owners; You can store your valuables and money at the Reception safe free of charge.
Bulgaria Holidays EOOD will cooperate with all measures for the smooth and safe resolution of disputed and unfavorable situations.
Access to the territory of the complex is controlled through access control system; if necessary and at the discretion of an employee of Bulgarian Holidays EOOD, a guest can be asked to present a hotel passport, key card or personal documents.
Entry and exit from the complex is with magnetic card / access ticket.
Guest parking for a property managed by Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is free; advance booking is not required.
Please inform a representative of Bulgaria Holidays EOOD if you are traveling with a specialized vehicle or such which requiring special place and attention
Reservation and Guarantee:

Guaranteed reservation is the one for which Bulgaria Holidays EOOD has received particle or full prepayment, valid credit/debit card, according to the rate conditions of the clients offer. The guaranteed reservation is valid until the end of the day of check-in; in case the guest do not arrive by the end of the day, the reservation is considered as “no-show” and is subject to cancellation fees according to the policy of the client’s chosen price offer. All prepaid amounts for “no-show” reservations are non-refundable and cannot be used for future reservations, unless an exception is confirmed behalf of Bulgaria Holidays EOOD.
Not guaranteed reservation is the one for which Bulgaria Holidays EOOD has not received a guarantee of payment or a valid credit / debit card. Not guaranteed reservations are valid upon availability, until 6:00 pm on the day of check-in. After 6:00 pm on the day of arrival, Bulgaria Holidays EOOD has the right to cancel the reservation and in case of arrival of the client to offer the currently available room and price.

Available rate policies and guarantees:
Standard rate policy – the value of the first night for the selected package and the type of accommodation is required for payment to pay up to 3 days after receiving the price offer;
Flexible rate policy – no prepayment; the reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit / debit card; the hotel reserves the right to authorize the value of the first night at any time after booking.
Non-Refundable rate policy – 100% prepayment for the selected package and type of accommodation is required within 3 days after the offer has been sent.

Bulgaria Holidays EOOD
The reason for the payment shall be the number of the offer / confirmation, as well as the name and the period confirmed by the client.
- Debit / credit card
Upon confirmation of the client’s wish for a card payment, Bulgaria Holidays EOOD provides a form – Credit Card Charge Form to the clients mail address. The client has to fill in the required information, sign and send the form too the Bulgaria Holidays EOOD e-mail address.
Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is obliged to confirm to the client with a copy of the invoice that the transaction is complete.

Bulgaria Holidays EOOD provides accommodation in Pirin Golf & Country Club – Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA 5* and Pirin Golf & Country Club Apartment Complex 4*. Type of accommodation and maximum capacities:
Double Standard room – two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old;
Double Superior room – two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old;
Family Room (two Double Superior rooms with interconnecting door) – two adults and up to three children up to 13.99 years old;
Junior Suite – two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
Superior Suite – two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
Deluxe Suite – four adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
SPA Studio – three adults / two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
Studio – three adults / two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
One-bedroom Suite – three adults / two adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
Two-bedroom Suite – five adults / four adults and one child up to 13.99 years old
Three-Bedroom Suite – seven adults / six adults and one child up to 13.99 years old

The quoted rates are for accommodation on regular beds for the specific room. Supplement for extra bed is calculate according to the “Children’s Policy “.
Children’s Policy:
Children from 0 to 6.99 are considered as infant – accommodation package is free of charge; Accommodation of an adult and one child up to 6.99 years old will be charged as Single accommodation, except for the room types with rate “rent per room“ where the cost of the room will be charged;
Child from 7 to 13.99 years old accommodate on regular bed, pays 50% of the price for a regular bed, except for the room types with rate “rent per room“ where the cost of the room will be charged;
Child from 7 to 13.99 years old accommodate on extra bed, pays 35% of the price for a regular bed; second child on extra bed is free of charge;
Children over 14 years old and adults accommodate on extra bed, pays 70% of the price for a regular bed.
Cancellation:
The cancellation fee is determined by the reservation period, receipt of cancellation and cancellation policy of the offer confirmed by the client.
Price level Standard and Flexible – cancellation received up to 18:00 up to 2 days before check in – free of charge; for cancellation received later than 2 days prior to check-in or noshow – the prepaid amount will be charges as a penalty fee;
Price level Non-Refundable – cancellation received any time after the reservation confirmation and prepayment, prepaid amount is non-refundable, cannot be used for a future reservation and will be charged as a penalty fee; reservations with Non-refundable rate plan cannot change names or period – any change will be considered as a cancellation.
All reservations with Early Booking discounts are with Non-refundable price level guarantee and cancellation policy.
In case of early departure, due balance of the reservation is non-refundable, cannot be used for a future reservation and will be charged as a penalty fee.
Amounts for cancelled reservation, subject to refund Заплатени суми по анулирани резервации, подлежащи на възстановяване на клиентът are paid by Bulgaria Holidays EOOD in the form of a “voucher” or are paid as they are received.
Payment to customers is within 30 calendar days from the date of departure of the canceled reservation.
Force majeure:
Bulgaria Holidays EOOD assumes no liability or compensation for any upcoming bookings, contracts and events in the event of default prevented or directly or indirectly affected by or as a result of force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: flood, earthquake, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or malfunction of electricity, gas, water or other utilities, as well as state-issued bans and regulations ing to the proper implementation of the action.
