• Early check-in and late check-out are offered depending on availability in the complex.
• Late check-out until 18:00 without surcharge is possible if SPA center reservation, participation in golf tournament or reserved tee time exists.
Smoking
• Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Violation incurs a fine of 100 euro.
Security deposit
• A security deposit of 50 euro is required upon check-in.
• The deposit is held via authorization on credit/debit card.
• Authorization is canceled upon check-out after room inspection and payment of all bills.
Accessibility and security
• The complex is closed with 24-hour security and video surveillance.
• Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** is not responsible for incidents caused by guests or owners.
• Free common safe at reception for storage of money and valuables.
• Guests may be checked by identity document if needed.

Superior Apartment – two adults and two children up to 13.99 y.o.
Deluxe Apartment – four adults and two children up to 13.99 y.o.
- Extra bed surcharge is calculated according to “Children policy” in the offer.
- Prices are per regular beds per night.
Resort tax
• All guests at Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** owe a resort tax of 1.4 euro per person per day, charged separately.
Force majeure
• Bulgaria Holidays Ltd is not responsible and does not pay compensation in force majeure circumstances including natural disasters, accidents, government bans, terrorist acts, etc.
Personal data processing
• Bulgaria Holidays Ltd is a personal data controller and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Liability for damages
• Client is liable for damages caused in the room and common areas.
• In case of damage, costs are withheld from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
Cancellation and no-show policy
• Client must familiarize with cancellation conditions including deadlines and possible fees for refusal or no-show (described in specific offers).
Guest behavior
• Guests must comply with order and not disturb the peace of the complex.
• Management reserves the right to terminate stay for rule violations without refund.

- Registration and key/card collection is done at the Front Desk of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Free late check-out until 6:00 PM is possible with a SPA reservation, participation in a golf tournament, or a reserved tee time.
- The apartment complex consists of separate buildings within walking distance from the main Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****. This setup offers more privacy and independence.
- Units do not have direct indoor access to the main restaurant and SPA, except for the SPA Studio, which has direct access.

- A fine of 100 euro applies in case of violation.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit of 50 euro is required upon check-in.
