• All reservations require 50% deposit within 7 days after confirmation.
• Remaining amount is required up to 21 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made without penalty must be done up to 21 days before check-in date.
• For cancellations or changes after this term, as well as no-shows, the booking amount is retained as penalty by the hotel.
• For early departure or no-show, the unused part of the booking amount is not refundable by the hotel.

• Child aged 0 to 6.99 years stays free of charge.
• Child aged 7 to 13.99 years accommodated on an extra bed with two adults pays 35% of the adult rate.
• Child aged 7 to 13.99 years accommodated on a regular bed with one adult (1+1) is charged as double occupancy (2+0).
• Second child aged 7 to 13.99 years accommodated on an extra bed with one adult and one child pays 35% of the adult rate (1+2=2+1).
• Child aged 14 or above, or 3rd adult accommodated on an extra bed with two adults, pays 70% of the adult rate, subject to the maximum room capacity.

Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** welcomes guests traveling with pets and strives to provide a comfortable and safe stay both for them and other guests in the complex.

Accommodation fees
• 8 euro per day – for pets weighing up to 15 kg.
• 15 euro per day – for pets weighing over 15 kg.

Rules during the stay
• Pets are not allowed in indoor areas of dining establishments. Allowed only on outdoor terraces.
• Access for pets to the SPA center is prohibited.
• In common areas of the complex, pets must be on a leash or in a transport cage.
• If the pet stays alone in the room/apartment, please inform Reception or Hotel housekeeping in advance.

Walks and hygiene
• Walking pets must be done obligatorily on a leash.
• Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets.

Additional conditions
• Reptiles, birds, and rodents are not allowed.
• In case of violations of order, safety, or peace in the complex, management reserves the right to impose a fine.

Check-in and check-out
• Check-in is after 15:00.
• Check-out is by 12:00.
• Registration and receipt of key/cards is done at Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** reception.
• Early check-in and late check-out are offered depending on availability in the complex.
• Late check-out until 18:00 without surcharge is possible if SPA center reservation, participation in golf tournament or reserved tee time exists.

Smoking
• Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Violation incurs a fine of 100 euro

Security deposit
• A security deposit of 50 euro is required upon check-in.
• The deposit is held via authorization on credit/debit card.
• Authorization is canceled upon check-out after room inspection and payment of all bills.

Accessibility and security
• The complex is closed with 24-hour security and video surveillance.
• Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** is not responsible for incidents caused by guests or owners.
• Free common safe at reception for storage of money and valuables.
• Guests may be checked by identity document if needed.
• Entry and exit with magnetic card/pass.
• Parking is free for guests accommodated in properties managed by Bulgaria Holidays Ltd.
• Please inform us in advance if you travel with specialized vehicle or require special parking conditions.

Superior Room – two adults and child up to 13.99 y.o.
Family room (two Superior double rooms with connecting door) – two adults and three children up to 13.99 y.o.

Superior Apartment – two adults and two children up to 13.99 y.o.
Deluxe Apartment – four adults and two children up to 13.99 y.o.

• Extra bed surcharge is calculated according to “Children policy” in the offer.
• Prices are per regular beds per night.

Resort tax
• All guests at Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA ***** owe a resort tax of 1.4 euro per person per day, charged separately.

Force majeure
• Bulgaria Holidays Ltd is not responsible and does not pay compensation in force majeure circumstances including natural disasters, accidents, government bans, terrorist acts, etc.

Personal data processing
• Bulgaria Holidays Ltd is a personal data controller and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Liability for damages
• Client is liable for damages caused in the room and common areas.
• In case of damage, costs are withheld from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

Cancellation and no-show policy
• Client must familiarize with cancellation conditions including deadlines and possible fees for refusal or no-show (described in specific offers).

Guest behavior
• Guests must comply with order and not disturb the peace of the complex.
• Management reserves the right to terminate stay for rule violations without refund.
