All listed additional services are provided upon prior request. A personalized quote will be offered for each activity based on availability and pricing.

• All bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellations or changes made after this period, or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full booking amount as a penalty.
• In case of early departure or no-show, the unused portion of the stay is non-refundable.

• Children aged 0 to 6.99 years stay free of charge.
• Children aged 7 to 13.99 years on an extra bed with six adults pay 35% of the adult rate.
• A second child aged 7 to 13.99 years on an extra bed stays free of charge.

Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Chalets **** welcomes guests traveling with pets and aims to provide a comfortable and safe stay for both them and all other guests of the resort.

Pet Fees

• BGN 15 per day – for pets up to 15 kg.
• BGN 30 per day – for pets over 15 kg.

Rules During the Stay

• Pets are not allowed in the indoor areas of restaurants. They are only permitted on outdoor terraces.
• Pets are not allowed in the SPA center.
• In public areas, pets must be leashed or kept in a pet carrier.
• If a pet is left alone in the room/chalet, please notify Reception or Housekeeping in advance.

Walking & Hygiene

• Pets must be walked on a leash at all times.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Additional Terms

• Reptiles, birds, and rodents are not allowed.
• In case of disturbances to order, safety, or peace, the management reserves the right to impose a fine.

Accommodation Terms for Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Chalets ****.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 12:00 PM.
• Registration and key/card collection is done at the Reception of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM is free of charge if guests have a SPA reservation, are participating in a golf tournament, or have a reserved tee time.
• Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Chalets **** are stand-alone luxury houses within walking distance of the main Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****. Accommodation in the chalets offers greater privacy and independence.

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units.
• A fine of BGN 200 applies in case of violation.

Security Deposit

• A deposit of BGN 100 is required upon check-in.
• The deposit is held via pre-authorization on a credit/debit card.
• The authorization is released upon check-out, after a room inspection and settlement of any charges.

Security & Accessibility

• The complex is gated, with 24-hour security and video surveillance.
• Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Chalets **** holds no liability for incidents caused by guests or property owners.
• A free central safe is available at the reception for storing valuables.
• Guests may be asked to present identification if necessary.
• Entry and exit are controlled via magnetic card/pass.
• Parking is free for guests staying in units managed by Bulgaria Holidays EOOD.
• Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a specialized vehicle or require specific parking arrangements.

Maximum capacity includes children up to 13.99 years of age.

Types of Chalets and Maximum Capacity at Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Chalets ****:

• Malina Chalet – Three bedrooms + living room – 6 adults + 2 children up to 13.99 years
• Mountain Chalet – Three bedrooms + living room – 6 adults + 3 children up to 13.99 years

Extra bed charges are calculated according to the “Child Policy” in the offer.

Tourist Tax

All guests of Pirin Golf & Country Club Luxury Chalets **** are subject to a tourist tax of BGN 2.00 per person per day, charged separately.

Force Majeure

Bulgaria Holidays EOOD holds no responsibility and does not offer compensation in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government bans, terrorist acts, etc.

Personal Data Protection

Bulgaria Holidays EOOD is a data controller and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Liability for Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit or shared areas.
• In the event of damage, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Guests are required to familiarize themselves with the cancellation terms, including deadlines and any applicable fees, as outlined in specific offers.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to follow resort rules and avoid disturbing the peace.
• The management reserves the right to terminate a stay in case of violations, without refund.
