The above additional services are provided upon prior request, with a specific offer and price quote for each.

• All bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.
• The remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
• Cancellations without penalty are allowed up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations or changes after this deadline, as well as no-shows, result in retention of the full booking amount as a penalty by the hotel.
• Early departure or no-show will not be refunded for the unused part of the booking.

• A child from 0 to 6.99 years stays free of charge.

• A child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with two adults, pays 35% of the adult price.

• A child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on a regular bed with one adult, is charged the price of double occupancy (1+1 = 2+0).

• A second child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with one adult and one child from 7 to 13.99 years, pays 35% of the adult price (1+2 = 2+1).

• A second child from 7 to 13.99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with two adults and one child (2+2), stays free of charge according to the maximum capacity of the unit (Studio, SPA Studio, or One-Bedroom Apartment).

• A child over 14 years or a third adult on an extra bed with two adults pays 70% of the adult price, according to the maximum capacity of the unit.

Pet Accommodation Fees

• 15 BGN per day for pets up to 15 kg
• 30 BGN per day for pets over 15 kg

Rules During Stay

• Pets are not allowed inside dining areas; only on outdoor terraces
• Pets are not allowed in the SPA center
• Pets must be on a leash or in a transport cage in public areas of the complex
• If the pet remains alone in the room/apartment, please inform Reception or Housekeeping in advance

Walks and Hygiene

• Pets must be walked on a leash
• Owners must clean up after their pets

Additional Conditions

• Reptiles, birds, and rodents are not allowed
• In case of violations of order, safety, or peace, management reserves the right to impose a fine

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM
• Check-out is by 12:00 PM
• Registration and collection of keys/access cards is done at the reception of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****
• Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM is available free of charge with a confirmed SPA center reservation, participation in a golf tournament, or reserved tee time
• The apartment complex consists of separate buildings located within walking distance from the main Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****. Accommodation in this complex offers more privacy and independence
• The units do not have direct indoor access to the main restaurant and SPA center, except for the SPA Studio, which provides direct access

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the units
• A fine of 200 BGN applies in case of violation

Security Deposit

• A refundable deposit of 100 BGN is required upon check-in
• The deposit is held via credit/debit card authorization
• The authorization is released at check-out, after a room inspection and settlement of all charges

Accessibility and Security

• The complex is gated with 24-hour security and video surveillance
• Pirin Golf & Country Club Apartment Complex **** is not liable for accidents caused by guests or owners
• A free safe at the reception is available for storing money and valuables
• Guests may be asked to show ID if necessary
• Entry and exit are via magnetic key card/pass
• Free parking is provided for guests accommodated in properties managed by Bulgaria Holidays Ltd.
• Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a specialized vehicle or require special parking arrangements

Resort Fee

• All guests of Pirin Golf & Country Club Apartment Complex **** owe a resort fee of 2.00 BGN per person per day, charged separately

Force Majeure

• Bulgaria Holidays Ltd. is not liable and does not compensate for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, terrorist acts, etc.

Personal Data Processing

• Bulgaria Holidays Ltd. is a data controller and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Liability for Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the unit or common areas
• In the event of damages, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately

Cancellation and No-show Policy

• Guests are required to familiarize themselves with the cancellation policy, including deadlines and any applicable fees (outlined in the specific offers)

Guest Conduct

• Guests must maintain order and avoid disturbing the peace of the complex
• Management reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of rule violations, without refund
